- Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by a responsible adult when using the outdoor play area and the Amenity Block.
- Tents or gazebos of any description are not allowed on the park.
- Windbreaks are limited to a maximum of 2 per caravan and must not encroach within 2 metres of any neighbouring pitch. (They are not to be used to block between caravans and if used they must be erected and pulled down daily).
- We would ask you to please control noise generally, e.g. radios, televisions, cars etc. Undue noise and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Awnings must always be attached to your touring vehicle whilst you are staying on site.
- DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES and any fouling cleaned up immediately, anyone seen not doing so will be asked to leave the park. Dogs barking should be kept under control. Please keep dogs within the confines of your pitch and do not allow them to wander onto neighbouring pitches or onto the roadway where other caravan owners and visitors are free to walk.
- No clothes lines other than caravan clothes racks or rotary airer are permitted.
- Only ONE vehicle is to be parked alongside the caravan at any one time. Please use the overflow parking areas for visitors and additional vehicles. NO COMMERCIAL vehicles are allowed on the park without prior permission of the park managers. Under no circumstances must they be parked alongside caravans but in the parking area near to the Amenity Block.
- SPEED: Cars to be driven around the park at no more than 10MPH at any time. Please always follow the one-way system and make visitors aware of this.
- All rubbish should be recycled in the bins provided, which are labelled accordingly.
- DO NOT flush disposable nappies or sanitary towels etc down the WC as they will cause serious blockages. Personal and Cleaning Wipes, even if it states ‘flushable’ on the packet, should not be flushed down the toilets.
- FOR SAFETY REASONS:
- Please use the designated areas for all ball games.
- No Roller-Skating, Skateboarding, Hoverboarding, Electric Scooters, Segways and/or flying kites allowed on this park.
- No drones to be used on the park.
- We would like to ask anyone using bicycles to ride at sensible speeds and to not leave them lying around the park. Also please do not cycle between the static holiday homes or around the one-way system.
- It is not permitted to let fireworks off on the park at any time.
- Barbeques are always to be risen off the grass. Disposable barbeques should be completely cold before placing them in the bin.
- During the Halloween period trick or treating around the caravans is not permitted as this could frighten some of the older or single clientele.
- Lastly, We would like to ask all owners to behave with courtesy and consideration to other park users and staff. Violent or abusive behaviour towards other guests or park staff will NOT be tolerated and anyone behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the park.
