Park Fees For 2017/2018

Site Fees

You can use your holiday home from 1st March to the 4th January.
We offer the following ways to pay your fees:

Cheque
Debit card (no charge)
Credit card (2% levy)
Cash - In person at the site office

We have a selection of quality pre-owned holiday homes for sale, as well as some empty pitches for your choice of new holiday home. You could also choose one of our luxury lodges for the ultimate in seaside home-from-homes. View our for sale section for the latest caravans and lodges currently for sale. All prices include siting, connecting and delivery on Min-Y-Don.

The park is for Owner Occupiers only – no sub letting is permitted

Our names are Carl and Jayne and we manage and live on the park. We’re here to make sure that every stay you make is a pleasant and enjoyable one. We’re very proud of our park and would love to show you around and explain the many benefits of owning a holiday home.

Utilities

Electricity All units have their own meter and owners will be invoiced annually according to their usage.

Piped gas All owners have piped gas and are invoiced annually according to usage.

NB: Late payments will incur an additional charge of 5% for each month or part of month that the fees have been outstanding (unless prior agreement has been reached by the Management or Owners).
